The Holy Rosary: Praying for the world.

As our beloved Father Paco dcjm says, the rosary allows us to behold the Lord together with the Virgin Mary but it also allows us to be transformed by the Virgin Mary to ensure that Jesus Christ takes form in ourselves. (from “En María con Juan Pablo II», Francisco Vidal, to be found here).

The holy Rosary is a prayer that not only remind us the intercession that Virgin Mary does for us in front of Jesus Christ, as she already did in the wedding of Canah, but also it is key in all the appearance of the Virgin Mary in the different holy places (Lourdes, Fátima…) because of its healing effect on the sins of the world.

I must say that I had never prayer the rosary that much as we have done it during the confinement that we have suffered in Spain due to the COVID pandemia. It has been very useful to keep us united in prayer with all of our close families in our community and, furthermore, it has allowed me to discover the blessing of this pray as we repeated swiftly one by one its misteries, which are the the main stories of  Jesus Christ life. 

This design is created from the meditation of these mysteries. It puts all together, clustering them by type and respecting a clear cromatism:

• Blue colour for the Virgin Mary and its humanity.
• Yellow colour for Jesus Christ during its mission in life.
• Red colour for God and its saving action.

I do expect to analyise further these mysteries in the near future (either alone or clustered). So far, you can find this design in our online store on the different garments but also in some decorative formats.
